Cancelation policy
Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in written form and will be subjected to the following conditions:
Refund of the fees: a 30% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations before April 1, 2024. After April 1, 2024 no refund will be given. Name changes requested before April 1, 2024, 10 EUR will be charged, to be transferred to Latvijas Inovativas medicinas fonds. After April 1, 2024 no name changes will be accepted. Requests for reimbursements must be sent to e-mail: info@kardiologija.lv. All reimbursements will be transfered after April 20.
